A Little Bit of History

The idea of “meat bombs” or stuffed meatballs has roots in comfort food traditions across the world — from Italian meatballs to American BBQ bites. What makes this version special is its British twist — combining our love of hearty, flavourful bites with that unmistakable BBQ sweetness. And when Bonfire Night rolls around, this recipe is a modern-day nod to those classic smoky flavours we all crave by the fire.
