This raita is a light accompaniment to your Indian dinner whether it be your starter or main. I really like this side as it is so easy to make and really compliments the spices of all your dishes.

Mint Raita

This raita is a light accompaniment to your Indian dinner whether it be your starter or main.
Prep Time5 minutes mins
Total Time5 minutes mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic finely crushed
  • 2 tbsp. fresh mint finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together, place into your serving dish and chill until needed. Will keep for up to 48 hrs in the fridge.
