All-Round-Spice-Mix Save

I was doing a BBQ one weekend and was looking for an all-round seasoning for some of the meat dishes I was cooking. Did I find it in time, or one that I was happy with; Nope and was totally gutted, not that the BBQ missed the seasoning as all was brilliant and everyone was still happy.

A few days later, still on a mission to find a recipe I found this on tasteofhome.com, which seemed ideal; it was for me, and what I was going to use it for.

So far I have used it to season steaks, chicken for salads and more recently as a rub for my slow cooked lamb wraps. Recipe will follow soon. I really wanted to put this on the blog as I really do like this spice mix, its versatility and I can also now reference it to any further recipes it may be involved in, especially as the hotter weather is on the horizon meaning more BBQ’s. Oh I do love the summertime bringing together friends, family, several beverages and lots of great food.

After a month or so I currently have about half a jar left, it really is that good.
