This raita is a light accompaniment to your Indian dinner whether it be your starter or main.

natural yoghurt

garlic
finely crushed

fresh mint
finely chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, place into your serving dish and chill until needed. Will keep for up to 48 hrs in the fridge.
