Hello to you all. I hope you have all had a good week.
How is 2016 treating you so far? Broken your resolutions already? I know i would have if i had made any as not good at the whole resolution thing
- I will get fit – i tend to end up being a little too busy to do any extra fitness
- I will start a healthier diet – I will always find an excuse to squeeze in some cheeky sweet treats
- I will get that beach body ready for my holidays – see above
As you can see i am not the greatest, however i am honest to myself, although i enjoy the treats and forget to do extra fitness i have that consciousness that if i have indulged a little too much i will take a few days off the cakes and cheese and if i feel i need to do an extra fitness session i shall.
I will also support all of those around me to help them achieve their goals.
So anyhow, enough waffle here is our weekly menu at the Brewer’s.
