Weekly Menu 1 – 7 February 2016

Good evening all.

A revelation I had after so long is I have been uploading our menus to run from a Sunday to Saturday.  I realised that if I can upload my menus on Friday as planned at least you, the reader can hopefully see something you enjoy and factor this into your weekend shop as this’ how we plan our shopping.

We usually shop online for a lot of our stuff to be delivered on the Saturday or Sunday for the week.  I also sometimes take the kids out, and we walk around our local market.  This is quite enjoyable as the kids get to choose fruit and vegetables that they want and then they are factored into our weekly feeding plan.

I hope there are some ideas that take your fancy and look out for the recipes to be uploaded.
